# **BEECHWOOD HOTEL**

 This popular Worcester Hotel, adjacent to University of Massachusetts Medical Center, has a new indoor/outdoor function and conference area. The addition includes five ballroom/meeting rooms, a pre-function room and bar, a wedding chapel and an outdoor patio area.

Shanahan installed a sound system that allows all rooms to be combined or used independently. The rooms are powered from a central equipment closet and each has the ability to select background music, control volume and opt for local operation of microphones. The rooms adjoin a patio where Near outdoor speakers are set into a stone wall.
